Week 23 - 31st May - 6th June

This week opens under a Blue Moon - a rare second full moon in the same month - on Sunday, bringing a heightened and somewhat intense emotional quality to the week'sWeek 23 opening days. Full moon energy amplifies what is already present, and this week there is plenty to amplify.

The solar backdrop all week carries a restless, anxious quality - a collective mental unease that sits beneath daily events like a low hum. It doesn't dominate but it is present. The most useful response to it is the clarity and independence of thought that sits at the heart of this week's energy - clear, honest perception cutting through noise rather than being swept up in it.
Monday carries the heaviest load of the week. Manage what is necessary and little more. Tuesday brings genuine relief and a return to balance. Wednesday is the most constructive day - good for practical work and building.
Thursday afternoon and Friday morning bring friction and competitive energy before Friday closes in a movement away from difficulty toward something quieter.

The Ebola situation continues to develop and warrants monitoring through reliable sources. The conflict situation remains tense with official decisions being made that affect large numbers of people.

The week resolves in something that feels satisfying and wished for.  A week to consciously seek grounding. Time in nature, physical activity, practical tasks, cooking, gardening. The body as anchor when the mind is busy.
