The year kicks off with Mars and Jupiter in opposition. Mars in Aquarius can be a rebel of note, so don't get involved in any arguments, especially when Jupiter is also involved. It can bring a boost of determination with a dash of confidence to conquer just about anything, but be warned, don't take on more than you can handle.

Venus and Mercury both enter Aquarius helping us to detach a bit and giving us the freedom to gain fresh perspectives.  During this time, don't hold on too tight to anyone, allow them the freedom they need as well. Trying to pin anyone down under Aquarius energy is just not going to happen.

The Full moon with be in Cancer on the 5th. The Sun and moon will be square the north and south nodes. This is known as a moon wobble. A Moon Wobble arouses emotions and there is a tendency to react overly quickly to situations based on feelings instead of thinking things through with calm logic. Avoid making sudden or drastic changes at this time. Is can also raise the likelihood of environmental damage like earthquakes. Plus...the moon will oppose Pluto and square Uranus. Things could get quite tense around this time. The Cancer Moon and Pluto don't want to let go of the past, whilst Uranus is screaming out "what the hek, just let it go".

On the 12th, Mars moves into dreamy Pisces and this can make your energy levels dwindle. There's more confusion as you try find your way through the fog. Seeing though Pisces rules dreams, you might as well dream up some big ones and use Mars's energy to make them happen!!

Saturn comes along to spoil the party as he squares Mars on the 15th. He's making sure you take those rose coloured glasses off. This can bring about frustrations and can even have you considering abandoning your plans. Luckily Pluto squares the node and hes not about to let that happen.

Don't make any major decisions around the 20th when Mars joins Neptune. You'll feel like escaping the real world for a while. Uranus will join the south node, which can be quite a rude awakening. Something you weren't expecting might come like a bolt of lightning out of nowhere.

The New moon on the 20th will sextile Saturn and will bring a sense of stability to whatever Uranus has shaken...or stirred.

Our famous little Mercury will go retrograde on the 21st in Aquarius slowing processes down a tad. Back up those computers, you have 21 days before the tricks begin.

Venus moves into Pisces towards the end of the month and joins Mars. Things start to calm down somewhat. With both Venus and Mars in Pisces romance and creativity will be heightened.
