void-of-courseHave you been feeling weirdly drifty the last few days on and off? Has it been harder to stay focused? Since Mars and Saturn shifted signs last week, we've been having many more of these extended "void" periods — a pattern that will continue through next week.  Today the Moon will be void the entire day until 9.24pm (all times are GMT; you may need to adjust accordingly). It's challenging to settle down when we're on a mission and the expressive Leo Moon dares us to act on our ideas.

When the Moon is "not" void of course, it's having a conversation with one of the other planets in our solar system and therefore, it is associated with actions manifesting here on earth.

The opposite is true when the Moon "is" void of course. The Moon is void from the time it makes its last major aspect to a traditional planet, until it enters the next sign. The Moon will not make any more major aspects to any other planets while it is void.

While the Moon is void, our energies dissipate easily, and we tend to feel more spacey and disconnected and it may be really hard to stay focused. There’s a higher “flake factor” during voids.

The "void-of-course" Moon denotes a time when life seems to drift unmoored — it can be harder to stay focused and we often feel an odd emotional "disconnect" — a hollowness that is difficult to describe. During void periods you should try to kick back and relax. Think of it like a “time out”, let the mind wander around a bit, you may have some difficulty working anyway. The Moons not working and you shouldn’t be either

It is not a good time to initiate new projects and anything else you may wish to start. These periods are best used to catch up -- clean out the closets, get organized, dream, relax, meditate or wrap things up.  Hold off on signing contracts, going on an interview, starting a trip, making a major purchase or going on a first date - as you may find delay, frustrations and no results are the outcome.

The Void of Course Moon occurs a few times a week and can vary in length from seconds to hours and occasionally days (although not more than two days).

We have had quite a bit of Solar Flares in the past two days, and this may have taken the vitality off things a bit. Solar Flares physical symptoms may include: headache, muscle aches, insomnia/fatigue. Practice good self-care as always during high geo-magnetic activity periods.

There is still a lot happening behind the scenes. Saturn of boundaries is still making a nice aspect with Neptune of no- boundaries. They are co-operating with each other in this aspect and if we back-up our plans with commitment, we can turn our dreams and desires into reality. We are provided with more flow, intuition and practical action now, giving us eyes to see who/where we truly are and want to be.
