This was never about Iran.

I pulled cards on the US and Iran. Mars showed up three times.

At the centre of this situation - the Page of Pentacles ruled by Neptune. On the surface, careful and calculated. But Neptune doesn't do transparency. What is being presented as a measured response has something else entirely underneath it.

Crossing it - the 2 of Swords under Mercury. A deliberate communications blackout. Back channel negotiations. What is being said publicly and what is actually being decided are not the same conversation.

And then Mars arrives. And doesn't leave.

The 3 of Wands in the recent past - Mars fuelled expansion already in motion. Ships already at sea. Plans already committed to. The 10 of Wands in hopes and fears - the weight of military overreach, the creeping fear of a situation that cannot be put down once picked up. And at the final outcome - the Emperor. Also Mars.

This was never about freedom of navigation. It was always about land. Resources. Control of what the Earth holds. The Empress is the prize. She always has been.

The possible outcome carries the 3 of Swords under Venus. Venus ruling heartbreak and grief. The human cost of what escalation looks like on the ground. The cards don't hide from that.
